Bicol University Documentary Festival (BUDOFEST) is an annual event and a documentary competition for amateur Bicolano documentarists spearheaded by The Bicol Organization of Neo-Journalists (Bonjour), the departmental organization of the Bachelor of Arts in Journalism of the Bicol University.
This year’s theme is “PADANAYON: ORGULYONG BIKOLNON” which showcases the tourists attractions, culture, heritage, music, lifestyle and cuisine of Bicol Region.
