Chef Lu Tea House is a Chinese Restaurant in Legazpi City, located at the 2nd floor Ang Sian Trading Magallanes Bldg. Chef Lu serves lunch buffet from Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and serves 10-15 authentic Chinese Cuisine for only P170.00 per head. 

The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture is situated in Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur. It stands on a seven hundred thirty-six (736) hectare land reservation made available by the government through proclamations for agricultural land school purposes.

It was established as the Camarines Sur Agricultural School in 1918 offering courses on modern farming, intermediate level exclusively for boys. In 1920, it became national school offering secondary curriculum and phasing out its intermediate level, then five years later, it was renamed Camarines Sur Agricultural High School, returning to its provincial status.

The first Nabua Church in Nabua, Camarines Sur was built in 1578 and was burned in 1610. The second church was constructed in 1611 and was destroyed by typhoon. 

The third church was erected between 1630 and 1656. The present church which was completed in 1700 was unroofed by a typhoon in 1875 but repaired in 1878. The belfry was damaged by an earthquake in 1850 but repaired between 1890 and 1894.
